Thank you for using the Stayhome-Living> mobile application ("App"). The App is owned, operated, and made available by STAYHOME-LIVING LTD ("us" or "we").

This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") covers our treatment of personal information and other information that we collect from Canadians in association with their use of the App. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS, DOWNLOAD OR OTHERWISE USE THE APP.

When you use the App, we collect personal information that you provide voluntarily, and personal information collected via other means.

When you use the App, you may be asked to provide the following personal information: (a) your name; (b) your email address; (c) your age; and (d) your gender.

Additionally, in order to optimize your use of the App, we will also require access to certain information stored in your device, including for example your photos, calendar, and email. The app draws upon the photos, calendar and email for display in the app for the benefit of the user. This is not available from beyond the device and remains private. In short we have no access to photos, calendar nor mail. Providing access to this information is voluntary; you may refuse to grant us with such access if you do not wish to do so. However, should you refuse this access, you may not be able to fully enjoy all the features of the App.

We use the personal information you provide for the purposes stated below, or otherwise with your consent.

Personal information will be used to offer and operate the App. More specifically, it will be used to personalize your experience with the App and to deliver the services associated thereto, including to respond to any inquiries made by you and to display advertising to you in the App that we think will be more interesting to you based on your personal information and actions within the App. Should you not wish to receive such targeted advertising .

You may be given the opportunity to consent to receive future promotional communications from us. How do we share personal information?

At times we provide your personal information to our business partners such as service providers, subcontractors, or advertising agencies. These entities may use the information in conjunction with the specific services they provide for us (e.g. operating the App; responding to your question or comment; investigating a complaint, etc.). How do we use COOKIES?

Sometimes we use cookie technology and other similar devices on the App to enhance functionality and navigation for our visitors. Information tracked through these mechanisms includes, but is not limited to: (i) your IP address; (ii) the type of device or operating system being used; and (iii) the pages of the App a user visits and the amount of time spent on these pages. We are committed to protecting the privacy of children and we do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. If a child has already provided us with personal information, his or her parent or guardian may contact us for the purpose of deleting this information.
