On iPad / iPhone: Open Settings (the gear icon), tap Accessibility, then Display & Text Size, then Larger Text. Drag the slider toward the large "A" to increase the font size.

On Android: Open Settings, tap Display (or Accessibility), then Font size or Display size. Drag the slider to make text larger.

On iPad (with home button): Double-click the home button, swipe the app away, then reopen it.

On iPad (without home button): Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause in the middle. Swipe the app away, then reopen it.

On Android: Tap the square (recent apps) button, swipe the app away, then reopen it.

On any device: If the above doesn't work, try turning your device off and back on again.

Press the back button (top left) to return to the previous screen, then try the video again. If it continues to freeze, your internet connection may be slow — try moving closer to your WiFi router.

Tap the home icon (house) in the top right corner of the screen. This will always take you back to the house.

Unfortunately, we do not have control over ads on YouTube or other websites. You can wait for the ad to finish or press the "Skip Ad" button when it appears (usually in the bottom right corner after a few seconds).

Stayhome-Living updates automatically — there is nothing you need to do. When we make improvements, they will appear the next time you open the app. If you want to make sure you have the very latest version, simply close the app completely and reopen it.

The speed depends on your internet connection and WiFi signal. If things are loading slowly, try moving closer to your WiFi router. Videos and websites with lots of images will naturally take a little longer to load.

When you tap Photos, Calendar, Notes or Mail in the app, it opens the app already on your device (such as Apple Photos or Google Calendar). Your personal information stays on your device — we have no access to your photos, emails, calendar or notes.

Stayhome-Living works on iPads, Android tablets, iPhones, Android phones, and computers (Windows, Mac, Chromebook). It is designed to look its best on tablets, but works well on all screen sizes. You can add it to your home screen for easy access — it works just like a regular app.

Yes! Stayhome-Living is completely free to use. Some of the websites and services we link to may have their own costs (such as food delivery fees or streaming subscriptions), but the app itself is free. We welcome your feedback — please email support@stayhome-living.com.
